We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, which means you can return your item within 30 calendar days after receiving it, no matter the reason.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in original packaging with tags still attached.

  • You must provide receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the quickest way to get the item you want, we recommend that you return the original item and place a separate new order once the return is processed. We do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@focusound.net.
